Waco Center for Youth is a long-term psychiatric residential treatment facility serving teenagers between the ages of 13 through 17 experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties.  The facility bases its treatment philosophy on a strength-based model where strengths are identified and skills are taught as needed.
